This is a 10kV smart outdoor box-type substation in our production.
It integrates high-voltage power receiving equipment, transformer and low-voltage power distribution equipment. It is easy to install, has a short power transmission cycle, and is easy to maintain. It can extend into the load center to the maximum extent, improve power supply quality, and reduce losses. Put on wheels to become a mobile substation.
Fully enclosed operation can ensure normal operation in the harsh environment of -40°C ~ +40°C.

Product features

The high voltage fuse and load switch for this combined transformer (American box type substation) are integrated inside the transformer oil tank; it is small in size and is possible to extend to the load center. It can be used for ring network power supply and power supply for the terminal; it has been widely used in power grid restructuring.

Product features

Reinforced glass fiber and special cement are prefabricated to be housing material of this e-friendly non-metal box type substation, which has high mechanical strength, perfect impact resistance; it is heat transfer retarding and fire proof and inflaming retarding; compared with metal housing, it has better corrosion resistance and long service life.

The underframe is designed to be combined with overall structure and way of lifting of the box type substation and shared underframe is adopted. U-steel and joist steel are welded to be the material of the underframe. Lifting frame legs, installation legs, metal baffle and housing are on two sides of the underframe. The metal doors are connected with ground wires. There are reliably connected grounding conductor between metal frames of high/low voltage electric equipment and transformer housing. The minimum cross-section is less than 30mm^2.Terminals around the underframe are connected with the ground wire so that the user may select any grounding point at any part or in any direction.

The transformer chamber roof is the dual-layer metal structure; thermal insulating layer and ventilation channel are set inside. It is equipped with automatic exhaust and ventilation device whose starting and stopping are automatically controlled by the temperature monitoring device in the chamber. The setting value of temperature is 80%-90% of the allowable temperature.

Doors are installed on two sides of the transformer chamber for convenience of installation and overhaul. The inner side is mounted with safety separation net door which is equipped with interlocking alarm device to prevent personnel from entering the energized interval and guarantee safety of equipment and human.
